1. We recruit E-letter writers.

 

We have volunteer E-letter writers who have experienced pregnancy loss themselves. These women agree to write or type a letter that briefly describes their own loss, how they got through it, and any encouraging words they want to share with another woman who has also experienced loss. Learn how you can sign up to be an E-letter writer by visiting Be An E-Letter Writer. We accept E-letter writers year round. We have a set of guidelines that E-letter writers agree to follow.

 

2. We process E-letter requests.

 

We accept E-letter requests year round. Anyone can submit a letter request. Learn how by visiting Request An E-Letter. We have a detailed process for reviewing requests, compiling the letters from our writers electronically, and emailing the letters as an attached PDF letter bundle to recipients.

3. We fulfill E-letter requests.

 

Each recipient will receive 5 to 10 letters in one PDF document. The PDF document contains a brief cover letter followed by the letters. In the email to the recipient, we provide a brief explanation about why they are receiving this email from E-Letters of Love.

4. We promote E-Letters of Love, but we need you to help us!

 

Let others know we have a web presence and direct them to our website. We rely on you to help us get the word out. We want to love and encourage as many women as we can!

5. We evaluate E-Letters of Love.

 

We evaluate the program each year and provide a report to our letters writers and interested stakeholders. The data we collect is aggregated and information is only viewable as part of a summary, not per the individual.
